then agents in my post course over in SHAWNEE are going to be great. Always a treat to work with people who are positive and excited about real estate. Seems like people in Oklahoma maintain a positive approach to the future even when things around us are negative. Looking forward to going back to Shawnee to finish up.

YOU CAN'T HIT A TARGET YOU CAN'T SEE

The most important thing about goals is having one.

I CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO PEOPLE, AND THEY CAN TELL

A smart broker once told me..."one thing that never goes out of style is EDUCATING BUYERS AND SELLERS". He said, even when they're not actively looking to buy or sell, people call me all the time to ask for advice. They'll say," I'm putting an addition on my home...how much should I spend?"? or "my mom's getting to retirement age, so should we sell the house or put it in one of her children's name?" I'll gladly give them ideas. I totally agree with the premise of Educating Buyers and Seller. It's a never ending process.

THE "ONE THING" QUESTION TEST

If I could do one thing to improve my practice, what would be the best thing I could do.

A. Worry more.

B. Get more sleep between 6 am and 9am.

C. Manage my leads more efficiently.

D. Try to please everyone all the time.
